Description
This flat hike out to the small lighthouse at the northern tip of Sauvie Island is a great beginner hike. It's about seven miles round trip, so perfect for a Trail to First Class scout or an ambitious Webelos den. There is minimal elevation gain and only basic navigation challenges, but it leads to great sandy beach and a lighthouse to explore around--the perfect spot for a lunch or extended break before heading back.
